Hands-On Course is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge
of using video editing software to produce your own Video, Video-CD or DVD for
home or businesses purposes. Participants can bring their video camera to
test the transfer of their video if time permit. Bring your own audio music
CD to learn recording on the PC. At the end of the
course, participants should be able to make their own VCD, SVCD and DVD
from photos and videos.
